We serve adults or adolescents who are experiencing a variety of symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma or interpersonal/relationship issues. We specialize in working with families and individuals affected by addiction and codependency. Partnership and private pay options available.

We partner with families to plan individually tailored ways to intervene and address addiction issues within the family system. We will plan a course of action with loved ones that feels safe, yet direct to address addiction concerns and encourage immediate treatment or recovery. These intervention services are available in California and Oregon and can be initiated with anyone in the family system, adult or adolescent.

We also offer crisis response services with families immediately following an overdose, to encourage prompt treatment for your loved one.

These services are designed to provide comprehensive, person-centered care for individuals with complex needs. Each client is assigned a Lead Care Manager who coordinates their health and health-related services. We support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as those experiencing homelessness or involved in the criminal justice system. ECM services extend beyond traditional healthcare settings, reaching members in their communities, whether they're at home, in shelters, or at community centers. We connect to necessary services, including medical, dental, social work, and community resources. We serve adults or adolescents.
